Muscles, Bones, & Joints
It has been said that life is motion.
Our muscles, bones, and joints keep us moving and active, so keeping them is worth the effort. With 206 bones, 600 muscles, and 360 joints, our bodies are certainly complex.
When muscles, joints, and bones are working as designed, they’re easy to ignore. But when problems crop up, life can come to a grinding halt. Besides injuries, conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis can cause muscle or joint pain. Exercise—or lack of it—can take a toll, and sometimes
spasms, aches, and stiffness come and go for no apparent reason.
Women in particular need to take care of their bones since they are at much higher risk of osteoporosis as they age. According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, 80% of osteoporosis cases are women.

The Arthritis Foundation offers 16 joint-protection tips, from ditching your high heels and using proper lifting techniques to warming up before working out and choosing low-impact aerobic activities.
They also recommend that you take your vitamins and we agree, of course.
We suggest the following supplements if you’re looking to build bones, prevent or relieve arthritis pain, reduce inflammation, and/or relax your muscles.
