Muscles, Bones, & Joints

It has been said that life is motion.

Our muscles, bones, and joints keep us moving and active, so keeping them is worth the effort. With 206 bones, 600 muscles, and 360 joints, our bodies are certainly complex.

When muscles, joints, and bones are working as designed, they’re easy to ignore. But when problems crop up, life can come to a grinding halt. Besides injuries, conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis can cause muscle or joint pain. Exercise—or lack of it—can take a toll, and sometimes
spasms, aches, and stiffness come and go for no apparent reason.

Women in particular need to take care of their bones since they are at much higher risk of osteoporosis as they age. According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, 80% of osteoporosis cases are women.

The Arthritis Foundation offers 16 joint-protection tips, from ditching your high heels and using proper lifting techniques to warming up before working out and choosing low-impact aerobic activities.

They also recommend that you take your vitamins and we agree, of course.

We suggest the following supplements if you’re looking to build bones, prevent or relieve arthritis pain, reduce inflammation, and/or relax your muscles.

Bone Support Prime:

Up to 70% of the U.S. population is at risk of calcium deficiency. Especially in older individuals, calcium deficiency can significantly increase the risk of osteoporosis and bone fractures, so getting enough calcium every day is increasingly important as we age. It’s important to take a form of calcium that your body can use to build and maintain your bones and teeth. Bone Support Prime contains microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (the best calcium for bones) plus phosphorus, vitamin D, and ipriflavone—nutrients that work in synergy to help your body use the calcium to build bone and suppress bone resorption.
Chondro-Relief Intensive Care:

Joint pain can greatly interfere with your mobility and enjoyment of life. Supporting your joints and cartilage with glucosamine, chondroitin, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), and hyaluronic acid can reduce inflammation and fight oxidative stress. This high-powered product contains additional ingredients for healthy joints, tendons, and cartilage, including vitamin C, manganese, and Green Lipped Mussel powder. Keeping your joints healthy can prevent and relieve pain so you can stay active.
Chondro-Relief Plus:

To support healthy joint function, we recommend this excellent formula that contains glucosamine, chondroitin, vitamin C, manganese, and MSM. Research shows that chondroitin relieves pain and improves joint function while glucosamine reduces stiffness. Manganese, a trace mineral with anti-inflammatory properties, can help relieve pain when combined with glucosamine and chondroitin. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving properties. If you have joint pain or stiffness, consider either Chondro Relief Plus or Chondro Relief Intensive Care.
Inflam-Eze Plus:

Because chronic inflammation plays an important role in osteoarthritis and other joint and muscle conditions, controlling inflammation is essential for the integrity of muscles, bones, and joints. That’s where Inflam-Eze Plus comes in. It combines eight herbs known for their anti-inflammatory actions, including turmeric, hops, boswellia, and ginger. The power of turmeric to fight inflammation is well established. Hops extracts have pain-relieving, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties, and boswellia inhibits inflammatory enzymes.
Muscle Eze Advanced:

Muscles require calcium and magnesium for optimal function. In addition, this formula contains high-potency extracts of herbs that can help muscles relax and help prevent delayed-onset soreness after increased activity. Research suggests that a combination of magnesium and malic acid can help relieve fibromyalgia pain.
Nerve Eze:

This formula contains two of the most potent ingredients to promote healthy nerve function: PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) and ALA (alpha lipoic acid).Together they promote healthy functioning of the body’s endocannabinoid system to support nerve function, stress response, relaxation, and healthy immunity. With its calming effect on neurological pathways, PEA can contribute to a stronger immune system, balanced moods, and better quality of life.
